How to Return Wolf-Gang Products?
 

If you are not completely satisfied with your item, you can certainly return it to us.

Wolf-Gang Products are crafted from Polyresin and are delicate.

To ensure the safe return of an item, please carefully follow the instructions below to ensure that we receive everything in perfect working order.

The sender bears the responsibility of ensuring that fragile products are returned to us without damage.

Unfortunately, if we receive your return in a damaged or broken condition, we won't be able to process it.

Tips for Packing and Sending

1. Use the original box.

2. Use the original packing.

3. Wrap each item individually in bubble wrap.

4. Ensure that the contents do not touch.

5. Seal the box securely with tape.

6. Clearly write 'fragile' on the box.

For the return of fragile items, the following conditions apply:

• The items must not be damaged.

• The buyer is responsible for the costs and risks associated with returning fragile products.

• If the return conditions are not met, we reserve the right to send the orders back and charge you for the delivery costs.

Processing time is  5-7  day and shipping  is via  international economy 2-5   business days after order confirmation.

Export box contains 4 pieces, and a special discount is applied for 3 boxes (12 pieces) and above.
